Deputy City Manager

The City of Hot Springs is hiring for the following administrative/management position:

Deputy City Manager

  • Works under the administrative direction of the City Manager;
  • Performs highly responsible and complex professional administrative work while assisting the City Manager with the direction and coordination of activities of assigned City departments and/or divisions;
  • Provides leadership in policy formation and implementation; and
  • Promotes effective and efficient operations throughout the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or related discipline; nine years related experience; seven years related management experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 DOQ
