The Town of Greeneville is seeking a full-time Planner to assist with municipal planning and development/implementation of the Town’s land use plan. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detailed-oriented & has a hands-on approach to all phases of Planning. He/she will provide technical assistance, review/evaluate land use apps, project designs, plans & tech documents. He/she may also assist with the Town’s GIS system.
A valid DL and experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required, as well as a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Urban Planning, Engineering and/or GIS, or related field. One to three years of experience in Municipal Planning and/or GIS is highly preferred.
