Please allow for extra time in your schedule for move-in this year as Memphis Convention Center in under construction/renovation.
Main Street in front of the building is currently closed and will be closed for the remainder of the month. This means those parking in the X-Lot will have to walk around the building to get inside if they cannot walk up the spool.
Exhibit set up hours: Saturday, June 22, 2019: 10-Noon for Equipment Dealers bringing in Equipment: (CMI Equipment, Williams Equipment)
All other exhibitors registration hours are Saturday, June 22, 2019 – 1 – 5 pm and/or Sunday, June 23, 2019 8-9:30 am.
The exhibit hall opens Sunday at 9:30 am.
Golfers: 6:30 am at Pine Hills Municipal Course – transportation is not provided –
Sunday and Monday, TML Staff member Kate Coil will be taking photographs of the exhibit booths for the TML newspaper, the Tennessee Town & City (TT&C). Please make sure that someone is at the booth as it makes for a much better photo.
