John Holloway serves as Director of Government Relations for the Tennessee Municipal League (TML), bringing more than 20 years of dedicated service to the League and its member communities. He is a recognized expert in municipal finance, transportation policy, and public safety—key areas that shape the well-being and sustainability of Tennessee’s cities and towns.
Prior to TML, Holloway worked with the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System within the Department of Treasury, gaining valuable experience in public sector financial operations.
Holloway attended the University of Mississippi and earned a degree in business administration. A native of Jonesboro, Ark., he was raised in Covington, Tenn. He and his wife, Dana, reside in Franklin and have three children.
