A native of South Georgia and a longtime resident of Gallatin, Tenn., McKinley brings a strong background in digital strategy, public affairs, and nonprofit communications. Her career reflects a deep commitment to civic engagement and strategic storytelling.
Before joining TML, McKinley worked across multiple facets of government and communications, serving as Communications Director for State Senator Ferrell Haile and as Digital Director for former United Nations Ambassador Kelly Craft. She has also served on several nonprofit boards, contributed to the development of writing curriculum, and shared her insights through various online publications.
