Race You to Conference
The dinner on July 9 at Bristol Motor Speedway is SOLD OUT.
We still have Drive the Track passes available to those who are already registered for the dinner. Drivers have the opportunity to take their own vehicle onto the track from 4 to 6 PM and complete five laps around the fastest half-mile in the world. You can drive solo or invite friends to ride along.
Dinner at the Speedway to follow from 6 to 8 p.m.

The Black Elected Municipal Officials (BEMO) Breakfast will be hosted by the leaders of BEMO on July 11 from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in the MeadowView Ballroom.

The Women in Municipal Government (WIMG) Luncheon will be hosted by the leaders of WIMG on July 11 from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the MeadowView Ballroom.

Exhibitor setup will be available on July 10 from 1 until 4:30 p.m. and July 11 from 7:30 until 9 a.m., ensuring ample time to prepare for attendee engagement.
Booth options are available to fit your organization’s needs:

An additional $200 fee will be applied to registrations beginning Thursday, June 11, 2026.
To assist with planning, please note that cancellations must be received by May 31, 2026 to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued after this date.
